The length of each paper should be 4 or 6 pages. Please
follow carefully the Instructions for authors and prepare
the final papers (camera ready) as MS Word files.
The first page should contain title, author’s name,
affiliation and address, fax number and e-mail address,
as well as a brief abstract and 6 – 8 keywords (see
the Instructions for Authors).
Detailed format information for the preparation of the
camera-ready version will be provided after paper selection;
however, please find attached an PDF file containing the
Instructions for Authors.

| The
city of Timisoara - one of the most important industrial,
social, scientific and cultural centers of the county. Timis
county has two cities (Timisoara and Lugoj), 5 towns (Buzias,
Deta, Faget, Jimbolia and Sanicolau Mare) as well as 76 communes
with 310 villages. Our
city can be rightfully defined as a crossroads of ethnic
cultures and traditions enjoying an impressive cultural
heritage.
For centuries have minorities peacefully lived together
in Timisoara: Germans
(19, 000) , Hungarians( the most numerous minority in Timisoara),
Serbs(11, 000), Slovaks, Bulgarians, Jews.
